DC Habitat for Humanity

GROUPS:This online calendar is designed for use by individuals and family volunteers only. If you are interested in scheduling a group, please contact the Volunteer Services Manager, Logan Sheehan at logan.sheehan@dchabitat.org for information on scheduling a day.

OCCASIONAL INDIVIDUALS:We currently have sponsoring groups scheduled to volunteer nearly every day that we work. Slots for individuals are added depending on changes in group-size and construction needs, as the day approaches. Please check back often!

CREW LEADING:Are you interested in volunteering with DC Habitat long term?  We're looking for volunteer Crew Leaders who are willing to lead small groups of volunteers in construction tasks at least 2 days per month--especially Tuesday through Friday.  No construction experience is required--just free time, a good attitude and willingness to learn, but priority will be given to volunteers with demonstrable construction skills and/or the ability to excel quickly.  Benefits include valuable carpentry skills and friendships with people of all ages and backgrounds!  For more information, contact Rachel Leese at rachel.leese@dchabitat.org or 202-882-4600 x227.
